Brisbane Australia was the birthplace as well as the home of my parents. The daughter of an English father. Clemens began working as an actress on Australian television when she was in high school. The actress was featured in Blue Water High's 2006 season as Juliet. And in 2007, Alison starred in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji which was a kids' TV show. Clemens was nominated at the Logie Awards in 2008 for her role as Harper, in Showtime's drama Love My Way. She was awarded the Graham Kennedy Award and the Award for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens played alongside Sigrid the of Xavier Sigrid Cropper Andrew McFarlane and Linda Cropper in Dream Life 2008. The show starred MTV Networks Australia. In 2009, she was the model for Jan Logan's jewellery. Clemens moved to Los Angeles California. Clemens played in the 2010 movie Wasted on the Young as Xandrie. In 2012 Clemens starred in Camilla Dickinson along with Gregg Sulkin, Cary Elwes and Samantha Mathis. The film was a re-imagining of the novel written in 1951 of the same name by young-adult fiction author Madeleine L'Engle.She was the teenage Heather Mason in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The film's horror plot was based on the survival horror game Silent Hill 3 and was a sequel to Silent Hill.That year Clemens also played the lead character as the suffragette's young Valentine Wannop in Parade's End a television mini-series adaptation from Silent Hill, a Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens was the first actress to make her debut in film in 2012's horror The No One Lives with Luke Evans. She appeared as well on the set of The Great Gatsby (2013), a film based off F. Scott Fitzgerald's book of the same name. Clemens played Catherine the sister of Myrtle Wilson played by Isla Fisher. Clemens is Tawney Talbot, the star in Ray McKinnon's 2012 Sundance Channel miniseries on TV Rectify. Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham Zachary Quinto are set to play alongside Clemens on The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
